Texas NREMT Refresher Course
 
 

Course Description:

This 24 Hour (3-Day), NREMT and Texas Department of State Health Services, EMS-Trauma Systems compliant, Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education (CAPCE) approved course follows the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) National Standard Curriculum for Emergency Medical Technician Refresher. Students who successfully pass the course, will be issued certification identifying the number of hours obtained for training for the use of re-registration as an EMT under the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. The course is good for 24 CE hours towards TDSHS EMSTS recertification..

  • Recertify/Maintain NREMT Certification
  • Transition from EMT-Basic to EMT
  • Become a Texas EMT if You are Moving to Texas (Must Also Pass NREMT Cognitive Exam)
